Thomas grew up around builders merchants and trade distributors in Donegal. He watched reps buried in notebooks and spreadsheets just to keep track of who to call, and branch managers with no real read on what was moving through their business until it was too late to do anything about it.
Years later, working in B2B sales tech at Gong, he saw what is possible when a team has the right system underneath it. The trade had been left in the dark. Nobody had built for it — not really. The CRM-first tools were overkill. Everything else was a finance system dressed up as a sales tool.
Henry left Susquehanna International Group, where he built internal software for finance and trading operations, to go and build for a different kind of trade. He had spent years on the same core problem in one of the most demanding environments there is: turning data that already exists into action that actually happens.
So we did the unglamorous thing first. Forty-plus discovery calls across Ireland and the UK, on-site visits, and a lot of sitting beside people asking about their day rather than pitching an idea. Sales directors, reps, IT directors. The same story in every branch we walked into.
QuoteTrack is what we built from it. Not a system of record — a system for action. It sits on top of the ERP you already run and closes the gap between insight and actually doing something about it.
